Surrounded in natural light, a large open plan living space can accommodate the whole family.  It includes a modern stone top kitchen with stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and microwave. It is newly furnished with dinning setting, lounge and LCD flat screen television. Large sliding doors open up to the stunning sun deck surrounded by lofty trees where you can enjoy BBQ and amazing sunset colours. Being equipped with both gas fire heating and air-conditioning, Ocean Bay Rye is a perfect get away for all seasons.  

Ocean Bay Rye has three bedrooms 2 bedrooms with queen size beds + one bedroom with two bunk beds that can accommodate four people, all together including the three-seater sofa bed in the living room, it sleeps comfortably up to ten people at a time. To ensure your comfort all towels, linen and bedding are provided and all bedrooms are heated. The house has a grand family worthy bathroom with a walk-in shower.  Washing machine and dryer facilities are also available.

Off road parking can accommodate 2 – 4 cars and there is room for caravan or boat parking. Smoking is allowed in outdoors areas only.  


This is a great place to escape to. A few doors down you will find the renowned Peninsula Pantry with their homemade baking, breakfast and lunch are easily covered. A brisk walk or a long stroll will take you to cafés, restaurant, shops, front bay and back ocean beach. You will find Peninsula Hot Springs just 4.5 km down the road and a short drive will take you to Sorrento, Portsea, Flinders, Cape Schanck, Dunes, Moonah Links Golf courses , Red Hill wineries and summer market.
